Benefits are earned progressively, not all at enrollment. Radiance Ritual earns one Retreat Facial every two successful monthly payments. The Aria earns one facial per paid month, in a repeating sequence of two Retreat Facials followed by one Glo2 Signature Facial.

Approximately 60 minutes of personalized facial care, with a comfortably heated treatment bed, a freshly laundered robe, refreshments, warm towels, and slippers to take home. Both memberships include the same Retreat Facial comforts.

Benefit timing, expiration & member discounts

Memberships are billed monthly. Annual treatment allowances reflect 12 successful monthly payments, with benefits earned progressively.

Your membership year begins on your enrollment date and renews on each annual anniversary. Included treatments and credits must be used within the membership year in which they are earned. Unused benefits expire at the end of that membership year and cannot be banked or carried forward into a future year.

Member discounts apply while the membership is active and cannot be combined with other promotional or package discounts; the better eligible price applies. The festival RF credit is an exception and applies after the regular member RF discount.

Treatment selection remains subject to consultation, suitability, and any required medical clearance. Microneedling and Glo2 treatments are generally planned four to six weeks apart, with longer intervals when appropriate. Chemical peels scheduled through the membership are limited to one every three months. This is a membership scheduling restriction, not a universal clinical treatment interval, and does not increase the annual treatment allowance listed above. Clinical peel timing is individualized based on the selected treatment and your skin's needs.

Previously earned festival benefits

The October 17, 2026 enrollment promotion has ended. Eligible existing members retain their original welcome benefits. These are not new-enrollment offers.

Radiance Ritual: two additional Celluma Phototherapy sessions. The Aria: one additional Celluma Phototherapy session and a $100 RF Skin Tightening credit.

The original rate lock lasts 12 months. Festival benefits become available after the third successful membership payment and must be used by the end of the first membership year. The $100 RF credit is applied after the regular 10% member RF discount, as an exception to the usual offer-combination rule.
