Return & Refund Policy


Aria Sonata Aesthetics

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Skincare Product Policy


Due to hygiene and product safety standards, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened skincare products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if the product remains sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. If you experience irritation from a product, discontinue use immediately and contact us so we can help recommend alternative options.


Boutique Merchandise Returns

Non-cosmetic retail items such as robes, slippers, candles, room sprays, and other boutique merchandise may be returned within 30 days if the item:

Has not been used or worn

Is in original packaging

Is in resellable condition

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Requests for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened skincare products

Used cosmetic products

Gift cards

Final sale or promotional items

Personalized or custom items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Original shipping charges, including the $2 shipping and handling fee, are non-refundable.

 

Aesthetic Services & Consultations


Consultation fees or appointment deposits may be required when scheduling aesthetic services. Unless otherwise stated, consultation fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward treatment when applicable.

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, results cannot be guaranteed and refunds are not provided for completed services.


Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with a purchase, please contact Aria Sonata Aesthetics directly at Concierge@AriaSonataAesthetics.com so we can assist you. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in restrictions on future purchases or services.
