Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using reliable national carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size. Shipping delivery times typically range between 3 - 7 business days once the order has been shipped. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping and Handling Fee
A $2.00 shipping and handling fee will be added to applicable orders at checkout. This fee helps offset packaging materials, processing, and fulfillment costs associated with preparing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply for larger items or expedited delivery options if offered at checkout.
Taxes
Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Aria Sonata Aesthetics ships to addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

All items are packaged carefully to protect product integrity during transit.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Aria Sonata Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Aria Sonata Aesthetics is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the situation and assist you.
